So here is what I think will be a promising and beautiful painting of a foot bridge in the Japanese Gardens at Descanso Gardens.

And here is another day of painting. Starting to think I may have bit off more than I can paint.

And yes I'm painting upside down. It helps me to see what is really there instead of what I think is there. And it looks like somebody needs to change her water.

This will be a Bird of Paradise.

       

I'm going to have to darken the background to really make this Bird pop.
