Yes the Frenzy has begun, traffic is crazy, the stores are crowded and most are politically correct by saying Happy Holidays.

I find this time of year kind of depressing, like I’m in some kind of pressure cooker or I can’t breath. And after the New Year, it’s as if I can finally take a deep breath and the pressure has been released.

The frenzy has begun all around and with in. This is the best time of year to take really good care of oneself. Taking care of oneself is like filling the well so those you love are able to dip and nourish. In other words, if you are not taking care of yourself how can you possibly care for someone else?
